Provide project management and construction inspection services for construction projects; consultant, employing qualified, competent and experienced personnel, shall perform the services set forth herein providing services equal to the practice prevalent by consultants practicing within the subject area of work and commensurate with the magnitude and intricacy of the work under consideration.
