Construction Management and Related Services (Request for Qualifications)

Provide comprehensive construction management services for vertical and horizontal projects including constructability reviews, conducting pre-construction and weekly construction meetings, maintaining project documentation, performing daily inspections and preparing reports, assisting with federal funding requirements, enforcing adopted city standards, handling dispute resolution, reviewing construction pay applications, negotiating change orders/allowances, and assisting with close-out process.
