Construction Management and Inspection - Grove Ave and Eggert Street Bike Lane (RFP)

Provide project management and construction inspection services for construction projects; consultant, employing qualified, competent and experienced personnel, shall perform the services set forth herein providing services equal to the practice prevalent by consultants practicing within the subject area of work and commensurate with the magnitude and intricacy of the work under consideration. These services shall be so complete that it will not be necessary for the city to supplement any of the operation by its own personnel, except as noted hereinafter. See outside link.
