Project consists provide all materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of a new concrete sidewalk and drainage. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: concrete installation - install a 153'5" x 6' concrete sidewalk along the northwest side of the gym; install a 9'8" x 6' concrete sidewalk section at the northeast corner, connecting to the longer section; all concrete work must comply with ada slope and access standards; excavation and subgrade preparation; excavate existing material and prepare a compacted base suitable for concrete placement; ensure proper slope away from the building for surface water drainage. Waterproofing and sealing.

This project includes drainage improvement. Work includes 1400 LF 10" pipe installation, 39 EA 18" x 18" cach basin installation, 900 sy concrete driveway apron replacement, 9 EA catch basin tie-in connections, 3 EA modifying catch basin grate elevations, 30 LF sidwealk replacement, 145 LF earthen regrade, 21 EA gas service relocation, 21 EA water service relocatioin, tree removal. To perform concrete installation work at our facility. The scope of work includes: Drawings and Permits Removal of 4 inches of existing soil between the sidewalk and curb Replacement with 4" of concrete and appropriate expansion joints Interested parties must be licensed and insured.
