Concrete Resurfacing at Mountain Park Aquatic Center

From qualified contractors to resurface the concrete for the indoor pool decks, restrooms, locker rooms, hallways, stairs and landing at Park Aquatic Center. The successful contractor shall furnish all labor and materials required to complete the scope of work. A. All work MUST be completed no later than September 6th, 2025. Therefore, the completion date of September 6th, 2025, can be taken into consideration when determining the award. Work will not be able to begin until September 2nd, 2025. B. The successful contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment required to resurface the concrete with Sundek Classic Texture with 80-grit aluminum oxide or approved alternative at Mountain Park Aquatic Center Facility located in County. C. If necessary, concrete around floor drains shall be ground down for positive slope and the drains re-set. The top of the drains must be even with the surrounding edge of the finished flooring. D. Required repairs include, but may not be limited to: Remove existing coping joints around the indoor pools and expansion joints. Replace using NP1 Sikaflex and all other materials in joints or approved alternative.
