Concrete and Grading Work McDowell Compactor Site

Work include Demolition of retaining wall facing Rt. 250 & 0.5 height retaining wall facing VDOT. Footers totaling 110 LF by 3’ width, 8" thick, reinforced and 3,000 PSI mix. Retaining wall totaling 58 LF by 8' height, 8" thick, reinforced and 4,000 PSI mix. Note - match existing brick form for appearance. Curbs totaling 80 lineal feet by 2' width, reinforced and 4,000 PSI mix. Note - poured to 8" above slab elevation. A pad 13' 6" feet by 44' feet, 8" thick, reinforced and 4,000 PSI mix.
