Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) Software Solution (RFP)

Provide a fully functional CAMA system capable of servicing, maintaining, and valuing all real property parcels within Arlington County. Additionally, the Contractor must migrate all existing property records and historical data from the County’s current applications into the new CAMA software system, ensuring real-time data storage for analysis, reporting, and value corrections for prior years. The services shall include software acquisition, implementation, training, data migration, integration, and ongoing support to ensure the County’s needs are met effectively and efficiently.
