Tulsa Public Schools
Comprehensive surveying platform that can serve our district staff, school staff, students, and families. The district requires a solution that helps us engage thoughtfully and meaningfully with these groups and track their input over time. The platform must integrate with key district systems such as single sign-on (SSO) and provide direct API access for secure two-way data exchange with MUNIS (including both read and write operations). It should include role-based user permissions, and strong privacy features to protect anonymity and confidentiality. Ideally, the platform will include built-in, nationally normed question banks on topics such as school/work climate, student mental health, and other sensitive issues, as well as an intuitive form builder that allows easy customization, edits, and interactive question types such as sorted lists or clustering. Additionally, the platform should include the ability to generate reports and dashboards that are easy to understand, exportable, and customizable for different audiences, with the ability to create public- or internal-facing views and graphs. Training and strong vendor support for onboarding and troubleshooting are expected. Automated rostering and clear user-permission controls are also required so we can manage large-scale engagement efficiently. We are seeking a vendor with k–12 experience who can help us use survey data to improve decision-making and strengthen relationships across our community.
