Seeking qualified and interested firms to develop a Comprehensive Library Master Plan Refresh. The Comprehensive Library Master Plan Refresh will serve as a tool for prioritizing needs and establishing short and long-term strategic decisions over a 30 year period (with periodic updates every 10 years). It must be an ongoing, flexible, planning and decision-making tool for County Library.

Village of Elm Grove

Updating the Village of Elm Grove Comprehensive and Downtown Master Plan. The consultant shall develop and implement a Public Participation Plan that meets statutory requirements and meaningfully engages Elm Grove residents and stakeholders. The approach should be cost-effective, inclusive, and tailored to the scale of the Village. Public participation strategies should include value versus cost considerations for various planning initiatives. The Downtown Master Plan phase should include: Analysis of existing land use patterns. Analysis of market conditions to ground plan recommendations in economic reality. Strategies for business retention. Strategies for redevelopment that prioritize context-sensitive infill and repurposing of existing structures. See attached file.

City of Pigeon Forge

The City of Pigeon Forge (City) is requesting Architectural and Engineering/Consultant Firms to submit their qualifications and a proposal for designing and developing a citywide Master Plan that would provide the guidance, plans, and specifications necessary to review, revise, and install new signage throughout the city. The types of signage are defined in this document, but do not limit the consultant from making future recommendations for consideration.
