All healthcare services shall be provided based on generally accepted standards of care, in accordance with federal and State of NH laws, NHDOC policies, initiatives and in the most cost effective and efficient manner possible in the following areas: Medical Services; Dental Services; Mental Health Services; On-Site Phlebotomy and Clinical Laboratory Services.
