Commissioning Services for Emergency Services Facility 3-9

Provide Commissioning Services for mechanical systems in the new Emergency Services Facility 3-9. This scope defines the commissioning (Cx) responsibilities for the related mechanical and monitoring systems of the Emergency Services Facility 3-9 to ensure all installed systems perform in accordance with the project’s contract documents, design intent, and functional requirements. The CxA will provide oversight and coordination verification between multiple subcontractors installing interconnected systems, minimizing risk of failure or inefficiencies post-occupancy.
