Commercial St Portland Fish Pier Storm Drain Outfall

The project includes, but is not limited to the following items: The work includes the installation of approx. 1,100 LF of new 12-42" storm drain pipe, precast catch basin, manhole, and vault structures, two (2) check valves at the Portland Fish Pier outfall and Maples Street CSO outfall, reconstruction of four (4) ADA ramp, associated construction for roadway trench repair, traffic control and other incidental work including support of existing underground utilities including water, natural gas, electrical, and telecommunications utilities during excavations. Utility protection plans stamped by a professional engineer are required where the proposed storm drain on Commercial Street crosses the existing water main in two (2) locations and stamped utility protection plans where the proposed storm drain crosses the existing 48” and 3’x4.5’ sewer mains on Commercial Street.
