Commercial Lease and Operating Permit Opportunity At the Redding Regional Airport (RFP)

To finance, build, manage, and operate aircraft hangar and aviation-related business facilities at the County Regional Airport. The County is offering all or part of a 17-acre parcel of land, as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and more fully described below, to be leased and developed by the successful respondent in accordance with the provisions of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) and an Aviation Business Park Lease Agreement (the “Lease” or the “Agreement”) to be provided by the County to the successful respondent.
