CNRSW Water Security Support/Consult Services

Seeks program technical support for its water resilience program, to focus specifically on groundwater/surface water program management and continuity. The support will lead support for NRSW installation water rights litigation, manage technical aspects of water resources projects, provide briefings and reports, review documents, track federal, state, and local water resources requirements (e.g., Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA)), and coordinate with other Services in the West on water resilience issues.
