CNH Techill Data Center Decommissioning

Interior renovation of an existing, ground-floor (level 01) Data/IT/Telecom center - approx. 3,652 SF with the intention of decommissioning the off-site data service and reducing the telecom functions to a smaller footprint, serving only the building itself. The remaining area will be left as an open office space subject to future renovation. The scope of work includes: Selective Demolition, Protective Bollards for Exterior Condenser Units, Roofing Patching/Repairs, Glass & Glazing (New tinted exterior insulating glazing panes), Doors-Frames-Hardware, Drywall, Acoustical Ceiling Tiles (USG), Carpet Tile (Shaw), Vinyl Wall Base (Johnsonite), Painting (Sherwin Williams), New Fire Extinguisher Cabinet, Roll Down Shades, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical (Demolition and New Work).
