Work consists of construction of Pinemoor detention and mass grading and Pinemoor clearing and grubbing for Smith Douglas homes. Includes, 110,00 CY of detention excavation; 800 LF of 24" storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances; 90 acres of clearing and grubbing.

Rankin First Economic Development Authority

Work includes clearing and grubbing approximately 127 acres, including stump removal. Project also includes minor grading to allow for tractor-pulled mowing.
