City of Scio - City Hall Reconstruction

New city hall building - construction of a new 5,880 SF city hall building atop existing slab foundation. Building space includes: city library, senior center, city council room, office space, kitchen, and restroom facilities. New addition of 577 SF fire riser and storage room and exterior plaza area. Standing seam metal roofing. A new standing seam metal roofing system to be installed on the new city hall building, unless additive alternate no. 1 is selected. City hall sitework. Construction of new parking lot including new driveway approach. B. Construction of new concrete walkways and associated curbs, gutter, ADA curb ramps, landscaping, irrigation, stormwater planters, lighting, and other ancillary requirements. Approx., 160 LF of 3/4 -width street improvements. New roadway striping including: parallel parking striping, new crosswalk striping, and stop bar. Installation of new water service line, new fire hydrant, and new underground backflow preventer fire vault. Installation of approx., 160 LF of new PVC storm line including: one (1) new catch basin, one (1) above-grade storm manhole, four (4) new area drains, and three (3) stormwater planters. Installation of new 4" sanitary sewer service, new cleanout, and connection to existing sewer mainline.
