Erosion control: erosion mat, turbidity barrier, silt fence maintenance, sediment logs, and stormwater basins. Site improvements: concrete sidewalk, asphalt parking paving, curb and gutter, integral curb and gutter, pavement marking, dense grade base, detectable warning fields, boardwalk with composite decking, thickened edge concrete sidewalk, steps, railings, irrigation system, park benches, seat walls with lighting, bike racks, bollards, site signage and pavement marking. Electrical: electrical service, site lighting and underground conduit. Utilities: new sanitary sewer service and service connection. New water service, temporary irrigation, permanent irrigation, service connection, new electrical service and connection. Stormwater area, stormwater structures, and building drain outlet. Building: core shelter: the building includes restrooms, utility chase and mechanical room. Building will have concrete foundations and masonry walls. The pavilion portion will be supplied by the city for installation by the contractor. Site and turf restoration: site and turf restoration, sodding, mulching, general site clean-up and amenities installed.
