Work includes selective demolition, earthwork, termite control, subdrainage, asphalt paving, chain-link fences and gates, lawns and grasses, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry assemblies, metal fabrications, miscellaneous carpentry, interior architectural woodwork, sheet waterproofing, open cell spray polyurethane foam insulation, membrane roofing preparations, sheet metal flashing and trim, manufactured roof specialties, joint sealants, standard steel doors and frames, overhead coiling doors, aluminum framed entrances and storefronts, aluminum windows, door hardware, glazing, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical panel ceilings.

City of Raleigh

The complete removal and disposal of existing sidewalk access ramps as identified by the City and replacement with upgraded ADA-compliant access ramps within the City areas under its jurisdiction. The removal and replacement of sidewalk panels, curb, and gutter as identified by the City in accordance with project specifications. The restoration of all disturbed areas, including backfilling, grading, seeding, and mulching, with only NCDOT-approved seed mixtures to be used.
