Provide construction of city of freeport no. 12 and well house treatment facility along with connecting water and sewer main. 1 LS mobilization/demolition/site restoration/erosion control complete; 50' drilling overburden 16" (0' to 50'); 52' 16" od steel casing complete (removed upon 10" grouting in place); 350' drilling 15" hole (50' to 400'); 402' 10. 75 od steel casing; 1 EA 10" cement shoe; 1 LS cement grout installation; 450 bags cement grout (only pay for physically installed quantity); 900' drill 10" hole (400' to 1,350'); 1 LS pull drill equipment and re-establish for continued drilling (as needed); 2 EA furnish, install, remove pump testing equipment system, complete; 72 hr perform test pumping and sampling; 3 EA water quality lab sample analysis.
