Chiller Replacement Project

HVAC improvement project including but not necessarily limited to replacement of the air-cooled chiller and evaporator and chiller water pump at the School District s elementary school building.

The base bid scope of work includes replacing the air-cooled chiller, chilled water system equipment, piping, and components, and installing a new BMCS to serve the chilled water system. The project also includes alternate bids for variations on the new chiller as well as to add a new AHU-2, replace cooling coils, modify AHU-1 and FCU-1, and to replace the BMCS for the entire building.
