Mobilization, demobilization, traffic control, clearing and grubbing, and npdes compliance. Remove existing chain link fence including curb and footings. Construct temporary security fencing and maintain. Construct masonry block wall including pilasters. Remove existing tree, relocate existing irrigation controls and backflow preventer. Backfill planter wall with 50% organic amendment and 50% clean topsoil mix. Unclassified roadway excavation 8" depth. Provide and install class ii aggregate base. Provide and install asphalt concrete. Provide and install 2 ft height anti climbing wrought iron fence. Provide and install wrought iron pedestrian gate. Remove and replace existing disconnect switch with new 100a, 277/480v. Remove existing conductors and install new 4#1 and 1#8 gnd. See outside link.
