Remove the old mat hoist, provide a new mat hoist, and install the new hoist. The hoist should be a stationary mat storage system with a 40' load bar. Single 40' sling with 3 phase power. Price should be broken down by cost of the mat hoist, freight, and installation which should include cost of removal of the old hoist.
