Milling and overlaying of the asphalt pavement, as well as concrete curb improvements. Approximate quantities include 5,450 linear feet of Belgian block curb, 3,700 LF of traffic stripes, 8,740 square feet of traffic markings, 49,000 SY of milling, and 5,890 tons of HMA surface course.

Owner's Representative to manage and oversee design and construction for the Main Street Improvements - Phase I of Project Downtown. The Owner’s Rep should bring expertise in project management, urban design coordination.

Provide water supply system improvements - phase 1. Work includes furnishing all the materials, and equipment for construction of a split faced block building; excavation; backfilling; grading; site and building concrete work; architectural work; masonry block construction; process piping; mechanical and electrical equipment; electrical power upgrades; valves, meters, hydrants, & appurtenances; liquid chlorine equipment; submersible well pumps; well pitless units; water well inspections and improvements at both wells; backup generator; piping; installation of 3" & 4" PVC piping; gravel surfacing; grass seeding; erosion control; well piping and electrical improvements; and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified.
