Work includes cleaning, repairing,and coating of the clarifiers as well as replacement of the existing weirs.

Furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to construct the pinnacle court drainage improvements phase 2a & 2b consisting approx 1,640 LF of new RCP storm drainage and 16 drainage boxes, and miscellaneous demolition, utility relocation, and fine grading to facilitate the project.
