Canal Circle/Concord Asphalt Overlay Project

Construction of the Canal Circle/Concord Asphalt Overlays Project. The project generally consists of a new 2.5” asphalt surface on Canal Circle, including the approach that ties into Drive, for a total length of approx. 1,400 FT, a 1.5” asphalt overlay, including milling along the edges and adjacent surfacing, for a total length of approx. 1,100 FT, and new 3” asphalt approaches.
