A requirement to replace the cafeteria refrigeration system at the office of training. The existing one (1) multi zone condensing unit that incorporates four separate refrigeration systems/zones is to be removed and replaced with one new multi zone condensing unit that incorporates three (3) separate refrigeration systems/zones matching existing requirements The new condenser unit shall be 3 phase 208-230-volt power to utilize the existing utilities onsite.
