Caco - Replacement Nauset Light Beach Well & Pump

Provide a turnkey installation of a potable water well, including all required equipment, labor, materials, and permits, as described below. At Nauset Light Beach bathhouse, the contractor shall replace the existing operating potable water well, which serves the Nauset Light Beach commercial facilities. The work includes drilling, placing, fitting, and switching over from the existing water line, as well as performing all required testing and documentation. The well shall be drilled to a depth sufficient to achieve a minimum yield of 29 gallons per minute (GPM). The contractor is required to cease drilling as soon as the yield of 29 GPM is achieved, and no further drilling shall be performed beyond that point, provided the water quality meets applicable potable water standards. If the water does not meet potable water standards (as defined by MassDEP and other applicable regulations), the contractor shall continue drilling, if necessary, to obtain water of sufficient quality or depth, up to the maximum depth of 95 F.
