Architectural and engineering (AE) services for the Renovate PACT Reception Bldg. 2. The Architect/Engineer shall provide design services necessary to furnish: Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documents, Technical Specifications, Construction Period Services, Site Visits, Cost Estimates, As-Built Documentation, and all other related information for Project 515-25-202, Renovate PACT Reception for Building 2. Work shall include renovation of 2,375 SF of space for PACT reception area including the reception counters and patient waiting area to provide better patient privacy and also allow more space for patient accommodation.
