Bunk Room Remodeling - (Request for Quote)

City of South Daytona

Remodel the existing bunk room at fire station 98. The current configuration consists of open spaces separated by partial (half) walls. The goal of this project is to create four private bunk rooms, each with independent entry, lighting, ceiling fans, and hvac ventilation, while maintaining compliance with applicable building codes, fire codes, and ada accessibility where applicable.

City of Sarasota

Work to include but not limited to new plumbing fixtures, interior finishes, toilet partitions, lockers, lighting, and toilet room accessories. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.

City of Saginaw

The intent of this project is to modernize and improve the building's functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with current building codes.
