Provide building inspection services.

Kenosha County

Seeking proposals from certified building inspectors and/or building inspection firms to provide building inspection services. The individual or firm submitting a response to this request should have at least five (5) years of experience providing building inspection services to a municipality or local government. The proposal shall address all Building Inspector duties, including the Scope of Services. Contract Term shall be 3/1/2026, or date of award, through 12/31/2026, with two (2) one-year renewal options. Any extension must be authorized by mutual agreement of the vendor and the County. Village of DeForest

The Village of DeForest (the Village) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide contracted building inspection services. The services under the proposed contract would start on January 1, 2026. Such services include, but are not limited to, plan review, permit issuance, commercial and residential inspections, HVAC, construction, plumbing, and electrical inspections in accordance with State and Village codes, maintenance of inspection records and reports, assistance in enforcement actions, and meeting attendance when required.
