Quarterly maintenance develop bas system architecture and network layout coordinate with mechanical/electrical/it teams to integrate all systems produce wiring diagrams, point schedules, and control panel layouts submit detailed submittals and shop drawings for approval provide all necessary bas controllers, sensors, actuators, and interface devices furnish control panels, network switches, and power supplies ensure all equipment is compliant with project specifications and codes install bas components including controllers, wiring, sensors, and control panels integrate with hvac systems (ahus, vavs, chillers, boilers, etc. ), lighting, metering, and other systems as applicable ensure all devices are properly labeled and mounted per standards develop custom control logic sequences for all systems as per design configure user interfaces including graphical floor plans, trend logs, alarms, and schedules provide integration with other systems via bacnet, modbus, lonworks, or other required protocols perform point-to-point verification and functional testing of all bas devices validate system performance against design intent and sequences of operation provide a final commissioning report and assist with third-party commissioning if required provide comprehensive training to facility staff on system use and maintenance.
