Brick Sidewalk Reconstruction On Market Street

Reconstruction of sanitary sewer, watermain, services, storm sewer and roadways associated with the project. The roadway reconstruction includes aggregate base course, curb & gutter, brick surfacing, HMA and PCC pavement tie-ins, reinforced concrete special retaining walls (a street), lawn & sidewalk restoration work, and erosion control.

3,580 SF of removal of existing brick pavement and reconstruction of the base and resetting of the brick pavement, 2 Each Manhole Adjustment to the grade of the reconstructed brick street., 50 LF of 24" wide concrete header, 20 LF of removal and replacement of 6" x 18" deep set curb, 55 LF of Combination Curb and Gutter, 50 L.F. Of removal and resetting of sandstone curb, 50 SF of removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk, 50 SY of Bituminous Pavement Restoration, Site Restoration, Traffic Control, Photo Documentation, and Resident Notification, complete in place. Final quantities will be based on work completed.
