Breuder Advanced Technology and Health Sciences (ATHS) Center Patio Project (RFB)

Seeking a single prime contractor to renovate the center patio area. Project will remove the existing water fountain, patio, landscape beds, and seat walls. The project will add additional sidewalk, heated concrete surfaces, new stair locations, new landscaping, and new curbing/walls.
