Braeside Elementary School (ITB)

The renovations of Elementary School consist of approx 44,000 SF of new MEPFP, equipment, and finishes. Work includes installation of a new elevator and shaft. On the exterior, work includes pavement maintenance/replacement, site repairs and site utility replacements. The existing roof is a combination of steep slope and low-slope roof systems which will be replaced along with all exterior window systems.
