Boys & Girls Clubs of the Ocoee Region

Building renovation. This project is an existing office building built in 1949 and turning it into a Boys and Girls Club (Alteration Level 2). The building is concrete columns and floor slab and roof slab with brick veneer and interior plaster walls.

Demolition and removal of the existing portion of the south end of the parking lot. Regrade the area to ensure proper drainage, directing water flow north around existing storage sheds. Install a compacted rock base suitable for concrete paving. Pour and finish approx. 3,700 5500 SF of concrete paving to a depth of 6". (11/13 - corrected from approx. 3,700 to approx. 5500 SF); Provide an asphalt patch to create a seamless transition between the new concrete section and the existing asphalt; Apply new parking lines adjacent to the tennis court fence line. Install parking bumpers/stops to prevent vehicles from impacting the tennis court fence. Perform additional seeding of disturbed areas, if required, upon completion of construction.
