Lease and development agreement proposals for an aviation facility located on a shovel-ready site known on the Airport's Master Plan. The Base Term of this Agreement shall be for a period of fifteen (15) years, the term of this Agreement shall be extended for up to two (2) additional five-year (5) terms.
