Project includes the removal of the structures at the location and the subsequent development of the area, in a manner that preserves and enhances the history of the downtown area while providing commercial/residential spaces and expanding the current park. See attached file.

Consultant shall execute all necessary facets of the CDBG process for entitlement communities including: preparation of the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report; coordination with County in development of Township plan as part of consortium; preparation of Environmental Review Record, assistance with the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) relating to all Township Projects.
