Seeking a qualified, responsive contractor to provide a cloud-hosted database system for grant submission, trail maintenance reporting, and multi-level approval across new york state s snowmobile trail program. This service will happen in two phases and include one (1) year of support and maintenance. Phase 1 will deliver the core architecture system including, User Interface (UI), login roles, forms, and basic reports used to track and monitor snowmobile grants programs throughout the state. This phase is to provide a functional system that streamlines reimbursement submissions and improves visibility into snowmobile trail operations. Phase 2 will begin at the completion of Phase 1 and will follow the same project management and staffing as Phase 1. Phase 2 will build upon the foundational elements delivered in Phase 1 by implementing the full Grant Application module and expanding the systems’ functionality to support annual planning, budgeting, and capital project tracking. This phase will complete the core requirements of the New York State Snowmobile Grant Management System, preparing it for full statewide deployment. This phase is expected to be completed over an 18-week timeline.

Construct approximately 10 miles of sustainable, erosion-resistant, fun & user friendly non-motorized recreational trail on the newly designed, pre-flagged alignment of a looping trail system located on portions of Joe Town Hill (west of Monroe). The design & surveying has been finalized.
