Transfer station construction contract. The building is designed and constructed for the purposes of receiving, off-loading and handling solid waste product. The building is a pre-engineered metal building structure with a concrete slab on grade suitable for heavy truck traffic, with a drive-through vehicle aisle, with overhead doors at each end; a seven [7] bay off-loading tipping floor with two [2] push walls; two [2] refuse pits and two [2] associated drive-through vehicle loading tunnels, with overhead doors at each end; a stair tower; and, an equipment room, an electrical / I.T. room, and, a fire sprinkler riser room.
