Work includes removal and disposal of the existing roofing system assembly; structural roof deck repair as indicated; installation of new specified roofing system assembly with owner-provided materials listed and contractor supplementing with additional materials as required for a complete warrantable roofing system assembly; installation of metal wall panels at vertical masonry walls where indicated; installation of metal fabrications as indicated; removal and re-installation of HVAC equipment and their related supporting utilities; installation of new HVAC equipment and their related supporting utilities.
