Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Housing (RFP)

Implement and operate housing interventions under the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA). The goal of this RFP is to expand and enhance housing options for individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), serious emotional disturbance (SED), and co-occurring behavioral health needs, in alignment with state and federal guidelines.

Pierce County

Provide shelter, housing, and behavioral health support services.

Pierce County

Provide behavioral health peer recovery and support services ("peer services") throughout the county. Applicants may propose either new peer programming or the expansion of existing services. Funds awarded under this initiative must not supplant other funding sources, peer services are behavioral health supports delivered by individuals with lived experience of a behavioral health condition ("peers"). All proposed services should provide support to individuals with behavioral health struggles (both mental health and/or substance use disorders) navigating their own recovery journey.
