Clearing and grubbing, excavation and grading, construct soldier beam retaining walls, construct retaining block wall, construct reinforced concrete stairway, construct concrete driveway, relocate existing water meter, disposal of existing timber steps, and demolition of existing facilities.

City of Richland

Demolition of an existing, failed basalt column shoreline retaining wall and replacement with a new, mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) precast concrete modular block wall with geogrid reinforcement. The work also includes appurtenant traffic control, wall drains, backfill, handrailing, asphalt and concrete pavement surface restoration, and other incidental work.
