Bay Oaks Recreational Campus Redevelopment Project

Seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor for the construction of improvements. This site development project encompasses various tasks, such as demolition, grading, utilities installation, parking lot construction, irrigation, lighting, electric and recreational facilities construction such as a new multi-sport field use, pickleball courts, loop trail, picnic areas, sidewalks, and landscaping. The listed description of work is not intended to be all inclusive and effective coordination will be necessary between the general contractor overseeing this project and the project manager executing other elements of the redevelopment.
