Bathroom Renovations At San Antonio State Supported Living Center (IFB)

Provide bathroom renovations. In room 118 contractor shall: remove and dispose wood supply storage, repair shower manifold, regrout shower walls and floor, demo shower ceiling and install new moisture sheetrock, to be taped, floated, sanded primed and painted, repair wall tile where the call button was located, sink and toilet shall be recalled, kick board under sink shall need to be primed and painted, dispose of trash and clean area daily. Any damage to walls shall need to be fixed. See attached file.
