Provide Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) support to the facilities throughout VISN 12 and certain CBOC locations that have a Radiology PACS system presence on-site. Support includes all product and operating system licensing, software updates, hardware replacements, technical support, downtime resolution, and clinical applications support.
