Balboa Park Golf Course Improvements - 9 Hole Course (Request for Proposal)

DESIGN-BUILD. Design and construction, alteration, and repair t9 hole golf course. Work include new practice greens, removing existing holes one, five, and nine and installing new holes four, five, and nine, modifying the existing irrigation system, new drainage improvements, new bunkers, new pedestrian/cart path, trees replacement, installation of new tee boxes and ADA accessibility improvements.
