Backflow Testing and Repair

City of Richmond

Provide on-call backflow inspection, testing, installation, and repair services for city-owned backflow prevention assemblies. These assemblies are located at various parks, landscaped medians, irrigation systems, and public facilities throughout the city.

City of Everett

To conduct inspections, testing, and minor repairs on backflow assemblies installed throughout city-owned properties. Approximately 300 backflow assemblies require inspections and testing. Routine inspections and testing must include all services and materials to ensure backflow assemblies are in proper working order.

City of Napa

The City of Napa Utilities Department is requesting proposals for annual testing and inspection of backflow prevention devices by certified testers approved by the State Water Resources Control Board. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the OpenGov procurement portal by December 12, 2025 at 5:00pm Pacific Time.
