Beach fishing pier - hurricane ian.
City of Dunedin
Work includes the demolition and reconstruction of the fishing pier and associated facilities. Work will involve removing the existing pier, floating docks, gangways, rescue dock, boat lift, and related timber pilings. New construction will include a fishing pier, gangway, and floating dock system, rescue dock, and timber fender piles. Demolition of existing upland sidewalks and asphalt will also be performed as required to complete the seawall repairs. Upland site restoration will include new concrete sidewalks, curbing, landscape planters, and pavement. A new boat lift system provided by the owner, along with a new electrical panel and lighting, will be installed to complete the site improvements.

Work includes 1 LS of mobilization / demobilization; 90 LF of 12' wide concrete sidewalk; 68 EA of concrete octangular piles; 26 EA of pile caps; 33 EA of concrete beams; 18 EA of concrete square piles; 1,820 LF of wood handrails; 32 EA of turtle friendly lights including conduit ; 1,050 LF of potable water line; 1 EA of wood pedestrian approach ramp; 110 LF of privacy fence; 1 EA of restroom; 1 EA of outdoor shower; see attached files.
City of Sarasota
Saprito Pier- Hurricane Damage and Recovery. The Tony Saprito Pier (987 John Ringling Causeway) was heavily damaged during the hurricane season in 2024. The City requires a Contractor to perform all services including but not limited to those required to repair, restore, and enhance resiliency for the City's infrastructure.
