Automotive Body Services 2025 - (RFP)

Provide automotive services, including maintenance, mechanical repairs, body repair, and glass repair or replacement for the City's fleet vehicles. At a minimum selected contractor will be expected to provide, but not be limited to: Routine maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations, inspections). Engine and transmission diagnostics and repairs. Electrical system diagnostics and repairs. Major and minor vehicle mechanical diagnostics and repairs. Vehicle safety inspections. The initial term of the contract shall be two (2) years with an option to renew annually for up to three (3) additional years upon mutual agreement. See attached file.
