Augusta Colonial Theater Renovation (RFQ)

City of Kosciusko

The work generally consists of the following: interior finishes including plaster restoration, glass railing assembly, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems, storefront and masonry work, painting, exterior and sitework with steel stairs, removal and salvaging of wood floor and framing in theater space, ceiling demolition, and removal/demolition of other miscellaneous items.

City of Middletown

The project consists of various structural safety upgrades throughout the Paramount Theatre attic space, and the path to access the space. These include adding guardrails, constructing a new steel stair unit to access the space, and installing fall restraint strong points within the space.

Kansas State University

Renovation of former USPS offices and surrounding work areas to create a new office suite. The project includes constructing a new wall system to establish a dedicated records area within the main lobby, as well as reconfiguring existing office and conference spaces with new partitions, finishes, and mechanical upgrades.
